Commercial second charges are more expensive than residential, typically rates start at 1.50% per month.

  • Loan To Value: up to 60%
  • Arrangement Fee: 1.75% - 2.5% of the loan amount
  • Admin Fee: £250 - £500
  • Legals Fee: £500 - £650
  • Valuation Fee: 0.10% + VAT of property value
  • Exit Fee: from NIL to 1 Months interest
